Masala Roasted Potatoes

The idea behind this dish comes from a potato stew my mom would make all the time when I was younger. I take the flavors from her classic dish and apply a different cooking technique to make the potato into something special.

20 Minute Chicken Tikka

Traditionally Chicken Tikka is made in a Tandoor (Indian clay oven) and cooked extremely hot and fast. Obviously most of us do not have one of these lying around, so I did the next best thing. I developed a technique to make restaurant quality Chicken Tikka in 20 minutes!
