As a first generation Indian-American I grew up in two unique cultures - different languages, different traditions, and different cuisines. I often felt trapped- not sure where I fit in to either group. I found food to be the great equalizer. I realized how much I learned about other cultures through their cuisines. This is my goal with Farmo Cooks. To show the world a new side of Indian food. One that bridges the gap between different cultures and ultimately shows how interconnected we all are. If I can incorporate Indian flavors in familiar form factors, it will allow a wider audience to be exposed to new world of culinary possibilities.
