My name is Farhan Momin and I am a first generation Indian-American born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I grew up in two unique cultures- different languages, different traditions, and different cuisines. Often feeling trapped- I turned to food to bridge this gap.  My take on Indian cuisine revolves around  taking the flavors and ideas from my heritage and reimagining them through the lens of another culture. The idea is to show how interconnected we all are and how food can be the medium for cultural understanding.
